In this lesson you will learn to: Describe a house and household items Indicate the order of things Describe people and locations Ser vs estar Ordinal numbers

In both English and Spanish, ordinal numbers indicate position in a series or order of items. When used with a noun, an ordinal number must agree in number. primero/asexto/a segundo/aséptimo/a tercero/aoctavo/a cuarto/anoveno/a quinto/adécimo

Ordinal numbers are placed before nouns. Ex. Es la primera película de Tom Cruise. Nuestro apartamento está en el octavo piso. ***Primero and tercero drop the o before a masculine singular noun. Enero es el primer mes del año. Hoy es el tercer día que tenemos clase.
