To say something is pleasing to someone, use the verb gustar.

To say TO WHOM something is pleasing, use ______________ with an indirect object pronoun I like: Me gusta / Me gustan You like: Te gusta / Te gustan He / She / You (formal) like: Le gusta / Le gustan gustar

We like: Nos gusta / Nos gustan You all (in Spain) like: Os gusta / Os gustan They / You all like: Les gusta / Les gustan

Use gusta (singular) when the “thing” that is liked is a SINGULAR NOUN or an INFINITIVE VERB Use GUSTAN (plural) when someone likes MORE THAN ONE THING.

To say WHO loves something, use ENCANTAR with an indirect object pronoun.
