Manages the projects and events organized under IEE. Disseminates the know-how and best practices. Fosters exchange and co-ordination between all players involved, and with national activities. Procura will do so by tackling market barriers for the large-scale procurement of AFVs. Procura will focus on developing innovative procurement models (e.g. GreenLease, second-hand market development of AFVs) for private and public fleet owners. Procura intends to carry out the following activities: (i)Collecting and disseminating best practices (ii)Setting up dedicated procurement models (iii)Setting up a large-scale procurement schemes BEST PRACTICES IN VALENCIAN REGION PROJECT PROCURA IEE - SAVE 2004 1.812.000 €
