Levántate, por favor y introducir se a la clase usando su nombre nuevo Hola, Me llamo _______ İ Solamente usa los nombres en español en esta clase ! Hand out desk tags w/ each intro.

6 La Abeja (STINGER) En español ask your group mates what their Spanish name is. Record their answers. You will say: ¿Comó te llamas? They will state their Spanish name for you. Each person will have a chance to ask en español & record names. Sra. Waters

9 Juegos con el alfabeto Vamos a jugar Brillante con el alfabeto. Es como “Sparkle” de Kindergarten. Pasa las tarjetas del alfabeto. Usa la música para la primera vez. 2nd vez estudiantes solamente.

11 Juego de “Typewriter” Distribute letters randomly to the class.
Listen as Sra. states a phrase/ word. The class must work together to spell out the word by standing up letter by letter, saying the sound their letter makes& spelling the word. We’re simulate an old-fashioned typewriter.

12 Compañeros Let’s practice…. 2x’s
Compañero= conversation partner 4 step process Select a person sitting next to you at your table group/ a seat mate whom you’ll feel comfortable speaking Spanish with. I’ll let you choose from your group for round 1. IF the compañeros aren’t working, then I’ll SWITCH you. Decide who’s going to speak 1st. They raise their hand when Sra. Waters say “Pregunta” Following examples, begin your conversación/ review practice. Then switch when your done, so that your compañero has a chance to start the conversación. Listen for the “Silencio” command from Sra. Waters which is your clue to stop conversing & be silent! Let’s practice…. 2x’s Find your Compañero……. ¿Pregunta?..... ¡Silencio!
