2 The tradition of the Yule Cake On Christmas Eve, families went into the woods to find and cut a great tree. The Yule tree had to burn throughout the twelve days of Christmas. Once cut, the log was dragged home. It was believed to bring good luck in the new year. El víspera de Navidad, las familias entraron las maderas encontrar y cortar un gran árbol.
