Alguien-someone Algo-something Algún/alguno/alguna-some, any Siempre-always También-also NEVER use with NO or negative word Nadie-no one Nada-nothing Ningún/ninguno/ninguna- none, no, not any Nunca-never Tampoco-neither, either NEVER use with affirmative word. You may use multiple negative words in the same sentence

5 tanto+noun+como Use tanto+noun+como to say as much or as many as
Use to compare a NUMBER or AMOUNT of things Tanto will change to agree with first noun. Tanto, tanta, tantos, tantas Tengo tantos libros como la biblioteca. Tienes tanto dinero como el banco.

6 Saber vs conocer Saber-to know how to do something
To know facts/information Sé leer. Sabes mi numero de teléfono. Conocer- to be familiar with a person To be familiar with a place Conozco a tu amigo. Conocemos Huntley.

7 Reflexive Verbs Actions done to/for one’s self
Must use reflexive pronoun before conjugated verb Me despierto nos despertamos Te despiertas os despertáis Se despierta se despiertan Conjugate verb normally in either present or preterite and add reflexive pronoun. Reflexive pronoun can be attached to an infinitive if the verb is used in a phrase like antes de/después de Me ducho después de levantarme por la mañana.

10 Demonstrative Adj This and These have T’s, that and those don’t
este/esta-this ese/esa-that aquel/aquella-that (far) estos/estas-these esos/esas-those aquellos/aquellas-those (far) Demonstrative adjectives replace articles. They go before noun and must agree. Quiero comprar aquellas corbatas azules.

Replace noun, is the receiver of the action in the sentence lo/la-it los/las-them Compré los zapatos azules. Los compré ayer.
