Hasta aqui yo creo que ninguna novedad para nadie, pero cual creeis que es la respuesta del mundo de la educacion y de instituciones educativas como las vuestras a esta demanda de servicio de los estudiantes?? Creeis que estan contentos con la experiencia digital que les estamos proporcionando??

Este estudio de los eeuu el 66% de los participantes confirma que no esta satisfecho con la experiencia digital y de uso de tecnologia que le proporciona su institucion .... ... paremonos por 1 segundo, hablando de la imagen, marca, experiencia ... hay algunos ejemplos de compañias que nos pueden ayudar a descifrar en que situacion se encuentra la educacion superior con respecto a responder a la experiencia de sus actules y futuros estudiantes.

(slide) And why not, when we think about how we promote the brand and experiences in higher education we can draw some connections with the experiences we all have with commercial institutions. What type of experience are they promoting? Intersection of technology and design and art. Simplicity of use before cluttered interfaces, ect... And they provide that experience in everything they do

What is Starbucks promoting as their brand and what is the experience? Starbucks is a coffee house that cares about the coffee experience, ethics and sustainability. Amsterdam concept store with repurposed wood and bicycle inner tubes... not only that they send out a tweet when their in-house oven has warm cookies ready

9 We have looked at the example of 3 companies that deliver the experiences they are promoting and promising with their brands. Let’s take a look now at another company brand and experience
