2 We only need accents on ATTACHED VERBS!
We only attach objects to… INFINITIVES! (ar, er, ir) GERRUNDS! (ando, iendo, yendo) Are you ready to learn where to put them?

3 Accents on the infinitive…
Always put the accent on the ending of the infinitive (ár, ér, ír) Example: decírmelo (tell me it) Example: jugárnosla (play it with us) Example: comérselas (eat them with us)

4 Accents on the gerrund…
Always put the accent on the gerrund ending (ándo, iéndo, yéndo) Example: hablándonoslo (telling us it) Example: escribiéndonoslas (writing us them) Example: trayéndosela (bringing them it)

5 You try, my friend! Voy a comprárselas Tengo que mándartelo
Estoy enseñándolesme Estamos escríbiendosela Acabas de estudiárselos Estás dándomelo Queremos prepárartela Puedes explicármelas Voy a comprarselas Tengo que mandartelo Estoy enseñandolesme Estamos escribiendosela Acabas de estudiarselos Estás dandomelo Queremos preparartela Puedes explicarmelas

6 Putting on accents is hard!
Just remember, they go either: Attached to INFINITIVE (ar, er, ir) Attached to GERRUND (ando, iendo, yendo) .
