5 LIMITS OF FREEDOM OF SPEECH include: 2. OBSCENITY= if the average person using contemporary local standards would say – “this is innapropriate”

6 LIMITS OF FREEDOM OF SPEECH include: HATE SPEECH = insults to people based on their race, gender, or sexual orientation FIGHTING WORDS = words spoken face to face that cause a fight among reasonable people
