2 ROUTE 66 MINIATURE GOLF ATTENDANT When working in the Route 66 miniature golf area it is important that you be aware of what is going on over the entire course. Following are some important guidelines you should follow. Monitor players during their game as well as those entering and exiting the course. Players are to leave the course as they found it and stay out of the water. Know the rules and be able to explain them to the customer. Enforce the rules when necessary. Supply a ball and putter for each player and a scorecard for each group. Return balls and putters to the starting area to keep it full and maintain the quantities of scorecards and pencils. Tour the course, read the historic plaques, and become familiar with the trivia questions on the score card prior to working in the miniature golf area. Offer assistance and encouragement to slow moving groups. Contact a manager immediately if there are any problems or concerns.

3 1.Be considerate of others and enjoy your round. 2.No more than 4 in any group. 3.Please do not tee off until group ahead has finished. 4.Please do not cut in front of other groups. 5.Lost balls replaced at clubhouse – 1 stroke penalty. 6.One stroke penalty if ball leaves fairway. 7.Ball may be moved 6 inches from rail – no penalty. 8.Ball nearest cup putts out first. 9.No more than 6 strokes per player. 10.Ball touches sand stone trap – one stroke penalty. MINIATURE GOLF ATTENDANT PROCEDURES Following are the steps you will follow to help our guests use the golf course. Step 1: The player will swipe the Incredible Credit Card through the reader on the turnstile. Then they can enter the golf course. Step 2: Show each player where to get a putter, ball and score card. Have the player read the rules on the score card and answer any questions. RULES

4 MINIATURE GOLF ATTENDANT PROCEDURES - continued Step 3: Inform the player of the Historic Route 66 theme of the golf course. Some of the holes have historic information plaques. Step 4: Tell players to follow all safety rules. Stay out of the water. Step 5: Upon completion of course, place putter in putter holder and put ball into the ball return machine to win coupons for free or discounted items. Step 6: Most importantly have fun and learn.

5 MINIATURE GOLF ATTENDANT PROCEDURES - continued Step 7: Monitor the safety of all players. Step 8: Make sure to keep the entrance putter station full of putters. Step 9: Empty the ball return, and keep balls fully stocked at entrance. Step 10: Watch for horseplay. Player(s) get one (1) warning. After this, the player will be asked to leave the course. If player refuses to leave, contact Manager immediately. Step 11: Watch for slow moving groups. Offer assistance and encourage player to move along. 6 BIRTHDAY “KID” The Birthday "Kid" is one of our signature customer service features. This is a customer who has chosen our store to celebrate their birthday. Most often this will be a child but it could be an adult. In either case, we are to make sure it is the best birthday they have ever had. When you see the birthday sticker (shown below), you should greet them with the biggest smile. It is their day. Make it special. The Birthday "Kid" Should feel special by the way our employees treat them. When others see how much fun they are having, they should say, "I want to have my birthday at Incredible Pizza."

7 SAFETY NEVER lift anything that would strain your back. Always use proper technique when lifting. Bend at the knees to avoid using the back muscles directly. You must be approved by your manager if you are to lift anything over 10 lbs. Slips and falls are one of the most common accidents in our restaurant. Always watch the floor for water or food. Immediately stop and pick up anything that might be dangerous to walk on. If you need help, find a co-worker to help clean the area. You are responsible to always look out for your own safety so you will not slip and fall. NEVER carry anything that would block your view. Safety involves maintaining control on the track at all times. Maintaining control is much easier when you have the respect of the customer and your co-workers. Be sure to act and dress in a manner that will gain you respect on the track. Wearing the proper uniform will help a great deal. Make sure guests do not have on "flip flop" shoes while driving cars.

8 WHAT TO DO AFTER TAKING A TEST When you complete your test, select the “Submit” button  on the bottom of the page. If you did not get 100% on your test, select the “Retry Quiz”  button. If you scored 100% on the test select “Print Results”  button. Type in your first and last name . Then hit “OK”. A window will pop up with your name and the results from this test . Select “File” in the upper left hand corner of the page then select “Print” . When the print navigation window pops up, select “print” again . When the print is complete, hit the “X” on the test results page  then select the “Finish” button . When you have completed this course, bring all your test results pages to your trainer before you begin position training.

10 Now that you have completed this training course, it is time for you to meet with your trainer. Your trainer will provide you the hands on training you need to learn how to do the job responsibilities that we reviewed in this course. Successful training is a four step process. The trainer demonstrates and explains the skill to the trainee. The trainee demonstrates the new skill to the trainer. The trainer provides constructive feedback to the trainee. The trainee has a chance to practice that skill over and over. At first, It is better to be slow and do the job right than it is to be fast and do the job wrong. Do not compare your skills to those employees who have been in the job for months. They have had plenty of time to practice the skill and, over time, you will become as good as or even better than your co-workers. After you have completed the hands on training for this job function, you will be asked to log back into your LMS training program and take the “OJT Test”. Please answer these questions based on what you experienced during your “On the Job Training” or “Hands On” training in this new position. If you do not respond to each question with a yes or true, please let your trainer know which of the questions you missed so they can ensure you receive the proper training in those areas. If you give a positive answer to all the questions on this test, follow the same submit and print instructions that you use with other tests. Procedimientos del Asistente del Miniature Golf Lo siguiente, son los pasos que usted debe seguir para ayudar a nuestros invitados cuando use el campo de golf. Paso 1: El jugador pasará la Tarjeta de Incredible con crédito por el lector en el torno de admisión. Entonces ellos pueden entrar en el campo de golf. 15 EL "NIÑO" DEL CUMPLEAÑOS El niño(a) del cumpleaños es uno de nuestros servicios exclusivos al cliente. Este es un cliente que ha elegido nuestro restaurante para celebrar su cumpleaños. La mayoría del tiempo es un niño(a) pero también podría ser un adulto. En todo caso, debemos asegurar que sea el mejor cumpleaños que ellos han tenido. Cuando usted vea la etiqueta adhesiva de cumpleaños (mostrada abajo), usted debería saludarlos con su sonrisa mas grande. El día es de ellos. Hágalo especial. El niño(a) del cumpleaños debe sentirse especial por la manera que nuestros empleados lo traten. Cuando el resto de la gente se de cuenta de la emoción del festejado, no queda mejor frase que "Yo quiero celebrar mi cumpleaños en Incredible Pizza“.

16 Seguridad General NUNCA levante nada que pueda lastimar su espalda. Siempre use la técnica apropiada de levantar. Doble las rodillas para evitar usar los músculos de la espalda directamente. Si usted no puede levantar un contenedor grande por favor déjele saber a su gerente. ¡¡No trate de ser el Superhombre!!! Los resbalones y las caídas son uno de los accidentes más comunes en nuestro restaurante. Siempre mire el piso por si hay agua o comida. Inmediatamente pare y recoja lo que podría ser peligroso. Si usted tiene que pedir ayuda, busque un compañero de trabajo para que le ayude a limpiar el área. Usted es responsable de su propia seguridad así es que tenga mucho cuidado de no resbalarse y caer. NUNCA lleve nada que pueda bloquear su vista. Siempre lleve puesta una faja para su espalda si usted descarga un camión para Incredible Pizza Company y se requiera que usted levante objetos pesados. Usted debe ser aprobado por su gerente si debe de levantar algo más de 10 libras.

17 QUE HACER DESPUÉS DE TERMINAR UNA PRUEBA Cuando termines tu prueba, selecciona el botón para entregar o “Submit”  al fondo de la página. Si no recibiste 100% en tu prueba, selecciona el botón para volver a tomar la prueba o “Retry Quiz” . Si recibiste 100% en la prueba selecciona el botón para imprimir o “Print Results” . Escribe tu nombre y apellido . Luego oprime “OK”. Una ventana se abrirá con tu nombre y los resultados de esta prueba . Selecciona “File” en la esquina superior izquierda de la página y luego selecciona “Print” . Cuando aparezca la ventana de navegación para imprimir, selecciona “print” otra vez . Cuando termine de imprimir, oprime la “X” en la página de resultados de la prueba  luego selecciona el botón para terminar o “Finish” . Cuando hayas terminado este curso llévale todas las páginas de los resultados de las pruebas a tu entrenador antes de empezar el entrenamiento para tu posición..

19 Al principio es mejor ser lento y hacer el trabajo bien, que ser rápido y hacer el trabajo mal. No compares tus habilidades con la de empleados que han estado en el trabajo por meses. Ellos han tenido suficiente tiempo para practicar y con el tiempo serás tan bueno o mejor que tus compañeros. Después que hayas completado el entrenamiento práctico para esta función de trabajo, se te pedirá que vuelvas a entrar a tu programa de entrenamiento LMS y toma la prueba “OJT Test”. Por favor responde a estas preguntas basado en tu experiencia durante tu “entrenamiento práctico” en esta nueva posición. Si no respondes a cada pregunta con un sí o verdadero, por favor déjale saber a tu entrenador que preguntas fueron para que se asegure de que recibas el entrenamiento apropiado en esas áreas.. Si das una respuesta positiva a todas las preguntas en esta prueba, sigue las mismas instrucciones para entregar e imprimir que usaste con las otras pruebas.
