4 Interjección. (Del lat. interiectĭo, -ōnis). f. Gram. Clase de palabras que expresa alguna impresión súbita o un sentimiento profundo, como asombro, sorpresa, dolor, molestia, amor, etc. Sirve también para apelar al interlocutor, o como fórmula de saludo, despedida, conformidad, etc.; p. ej., eh, hola. 9 Similarities and differences with the Spanish Language Similarities: They are always accompanied by an exclamation mark(s). They are used as expressions but they have a complete meaning. Differences: They are written and pronounced in a different way. In Spanish there 5 types of interjections (imitative, expressive, appellative, formulative, translative).
