3 High cholesterol is the #1 leading problem for both women and men. Also if you have high cholesterol you have a high risk of heart diseases. Heart disease is the number 1 killer in America and it is a major cause of disability. Lastly, the most common cause of heart disease is narrowing or blockage of the coronary arteries.

4 The heart is a muscular organ that’s like a pump and pumps blood throughout the body everyday. The heart also delivers the blood to every part of the human body. It has an electrical system regulates the blood and uses electrical signals to contrast the hearts walls. The veins take the blood to every part of your body valves in your body check if it goes in the right direction. That is how the heart works. 6 Rico en colesterol es el problema #1 para mujeres y hombres. También si usted le tiene alto el colesterol tiene un riesgo elevado de las enfermedades cardíacas. La enfermedad cardíaca es el asesino número 1 en América y es la causa de la inhabilidad. Basado en la causa más común de la enfermedad cardíaca las arterias coronarias se obstruyen.

7 El corazón es un órgano muscular que es como una bomba y bombea sangre a través del cuerpo. El corazón también fluye la sangre a cada parte del cuerpo. Un sistema eléctrico regula la sangre y utiliza señales eléctricas de poner en contraste las paredes del corazón. Entonces las venas llevan la sangre cada pieza de sus válvulas del cuerpo y chequea que vaya en la dirección correcta. Ése es cómo el corazón trabaja.
