5 Rules to remember 1. The adjectives go after the noun they describe.

We use the verb “ser” with these adjectives: Michael es alto y guapo. Las hijas de Roberto son bonitas y pelirrojas. 3. In Spanish we avoid the i-i sound: Bonitas y inteligentes----bonitas e inteligentes madre y hijos madre e hijos

Round 1-Read your Anuncio personal to a compañero and he will read his ad to you. Repeat with another student. Round 2-From the pool of ads select one. Read it to your compañero and let him guess the name of the person who wrote it.

14 More rules to remember We learned that the adjectives go after the noun they describe. We have three that can be placed before or after the noun: bueno, malo, grande La prima buena de Rosita. OR La buena prima de Rosita. El padre bueno de Miguel. OR El bueno padre de Miguel. El hijo malo de Rafa. El malo hijo de Rafa. Las familias grandes mexicanas. OR Las grandes familias mexicanas. In this last example the meaning changed from big to great; big families to great families.
