Why is it important to have good communication with your colleagues? In the hospital, good communication is important to avoid endangering the patient’s life with procedures or dose of the wrong medications.

Do you thin it is advise to have legible letter when writing clinical histories? The legible writing is the main way to avoid a misunderstanding about what the doctor communicates to colleagues or even the patient. A readable note to a geroglyph is preferable

How can doctors ensure good communication? Being clear in your notes, using the right words when communicating and having at least a good relationship with your closest or most frequent colleagues.

Do you think that making medical notes in digital would improve communication among the staff? Digital notes can help a lot in a hospital buy you have to take into account operational cost and staff training. If is a possibility it would be very difficult to have it soon in Mexico.
