2 Comparisons To compare two things, use this formula… (First object)
Es/son más/menos (adjective) que (Second object) -El traje es más caro que el cinturón. -Las minifaldas son más apretadas que los pantalones.

3 Irregulars We have irregular comparisons/superlatives in English.
Gooder = Better Badder = Worse In Spanish we have 4 irregulars… Better/Best = mejor Worse/worst = peor Older (people) = Mayor Younger = Menor

4 Comparisons of Equality
To say things are equal in comparison… (First object) es/son TAN + ADJECTIVE + COMO (Second object) -Esta bufanda es tan bonita como la otra. -Estos pantalones son tan apretados como los otros.

5 Superlatives To say something is the MOST of something OBJECT es/son
(EL/LA/LOS/LAS) + (MÁS/MENOS) + (ADJECTIVE) -Esta corbata es la más cara en la tienda. -Las chancletas son las más informales.

6 Superlatives Another way to use superlatives…
Add ísimo/a/os/as to the end of an adjective. -Esta bufanda es buenísima. -Los pantalones son apretadísimos.
