REMEMBER … … the present tense is used to talk about an action that is always or often takes place in the present. POR EJEMPLO: Ellos comen las ensaladas. They eat salads.

IN ENGLISH … used to emphasize that something is happening or in progress RIGHT NOW 2-part verb  present tense of to be verb PLUS present participle (-ing ) of main verb 2-part verb  present tense of estar PLUS present participle (-ando / iendo) of main verb
