Location: Hospital Real, Head office of University Government.

3 STRUCTURE The administrative division comprises 11 staff members in total.

5 FUNCTIONS OF ACADEMIC ORGANISATION SECTION: 1.- Academic Organisation
To organise the academic and teaching necessities in the different fields of knowledge (atención de las necesidades docentes de las áreas de conocimiento) To design and manage the classes/groups in the different Degrees (el diseño y organización/gestión de la estructura de grupos en las distintas titulaciones) To arrange the diferent theory or practise groups, and the core and optional subjects. (Grupo de teoría y práctica de las asignaturas básicas (troncales) y obligatorias y optativas) Our staff undertake various aspects of the University’s academic administration:

6 FUNCTIONS OF THE ACADEMIC ORGANISATION SECTION: 2.- Teaching staff:
To develop promoting policies, curriculum adjustments and stabilization of the teaching staff (desarrollo de políticas de promoción, adecuación y estabilización del profesorado) To hire teaching staff. (contratación de profesorado) To deal with licences and teaching certificates management. (permisos y licencias).

7 FUNCTIONS OF THE ACADEMIC ORGANISATION SECTION: 3.- Students
To manage the self-registration or enrolment of students (gestion automatrícula ) To implement the Exams rules. (la aplicación del reglamento de exámenes) To organise the calls for practical teaching support (convocatorias de infraestructura para el apoyo a la docencia práctica)

(Órganos de Gobierno de la UGR) External Public Institutions or Administrations. (Organismos Públicos externos a la UGR) UGR offices, services and units. (Centros, Servicios u otras unidades de la UGR)
