1 AUDITORIA FINANCIERA PRESENTACIÓN La Auditoria Financiera Moderna, ha dado un avance muy significativo con la modificación e implementación de las NORMAS INTERNACIONALES DE AUDITORIA. Hoy nos encontramos ante un proceso de revisión y mejora de la calidad de su contenido e implementación del planeamiento y procedimientos a desarrollar.

2 AUDITORIA FINANCIERA Adicionando otros aspectos que den valor a la auditoria, tales como la Revelación de aspectos claves o hechos importantes, señalados por la nueva NIA 701-2015. y otras NIAs Revisadas promoviendo el nuevo modelo del Informe o Dictamen de Auditoria a traves de las NIAs 700-701- 705 -2015.

3 AUDITORIA FINANCIERA CONCEPTO DE AUDITORIA SEGÚN, JUAN FRANCISCO ALVAREZ ILLANES: AUDITORIA ES EL EXAMEN CRITICO, SISTEMÁTICO E INDEPENDIENTE Y SELECTIV0 DE EVIDENCIAS, DE LAS OPERACIONES FINANCIERAS O HECHOS ECONÓMICOS ACONTECIDOS EN LA EMPRESA, REALIZADO CON POSTERIORIDAD POR AUDITORES PROFESIONALES Y ESPECIALISTAS CON LA FINALIDAD DE EMITIR UNA OPINIÓN SOBRE LA RAZONABILIDAD DE LA SITUACION FINANCIERA, LOS RESULTADOS DE SUS OPERACIONES FINANCIERAS Y Y EL FLUJO DE OPERACIONES DE UN PERIODO DETERMINADO ASI COMO PROPORCIONAR UNA CERTEZA RAZONABLE DE QUE LOS ESTADOS FINANCIEROS ESTAN LIBRES DE ERRORES MATERIALES O FRAUDE Y HAN SIDO PREPARADOS DE ACUERDO A UN MARCO DE REFERENCIA DE INFORMACIÓN FINANCIERA. (NIIF).

4 AUDITORIA FINANCIERA PROCESO DE AUDITORIA INVITACIÓN DIRECTA: Cuando la empresa invita directamente al Auditor o sociedad de Auditoria para realizar la auditoria. INVITACIÓN INDIRECTA: Cuando la empresa lo hace por concurso de precios e invita por distintos medios a concursar.

5 AUDITORIA FINANCIERA EN AMBOS CASOS PARA CONCURSAR O COTIZAR EL SERVICIO DE AUDITORIA SE TIENE QUE VISITAR LA EMPRESA, PARA CONOCER SU DIMENSIÓN, SUS ACTIVIDADES, LA CANTIDAD DE PERSONAL Y OTROS, EN LA QUE SE SOLICITA LA DOCUMENTACIÓN LEGAL Y UN CUESTIONARIO PARA CONOCER LAS PECULIARIDADES DE LA EMPRESA Y EL CONTROL INTERNO. LUEGO SE COTIZA Y SI LA EMPRESA ACEPTA SE FIRMA EL CONTRATO, EN EL CUAL SE DEBEN INCLUIR LAS CLAUSULAS SOBRE EL ALCANCE DE LA AUDITORIA, EL PLAN DE TRABAJO DE DEL AUDITOR, EL TIEMPO DE DURACIÓN DEL TRABAJO DE AUDITORIA ESTIMADO EN HORAS DE TRABAJO POR CADA AUDITOR, LAS RESPONSABILIDADES TANTO DEL AUDITOR COMO DE LA EMPRESA Y LOS HONORARIOS POR LOS SERVICIOS DE AUDITORIA. ASÍ MISMO SE SOLICITARÁ LOS ARCHIVOS CONTABLES EN VIRTUAL A FIN DE PROCEDER A ELABORAR EL MEMORÁNDUM DE PLANIFICACIÓN.
