1 18/09/2018 Programa CT - ARCAL presentado por Jane Gerardo-Abaya Oficial de Programación del País División para América Latina Departamento de Cooperación Técnica One of the initiatives of the Agency to continue improving the support to MS through the TC programme and strengthening the working relations amongst the different departments in the Agency involves the work on the Programme Cycle Management Framework. This work considers the lessons learned from past experiences and banks on the good practices that the Agency has accumulated through the years.

These processes, although they have many good features, are rather time-consuming and make extensive demands on Agency human resources. In addition, they mainly use old IT technologies, which are not linked with each other and are no longer maintainable. 9/18/2018
