9 CONCLUSIONES Se debe descartar Bartonella Henselae en todos los pacientes con papilitis o coriorretinitis focal. Importancia diagnóstico diferencial y serología En el tratamiento, los antibióticos recomendados para la bartonelosis ocular incluyen gentamicina, doxiciclina, azitromicina, trimetoprim / sulfametoxazol, ciprofloxacino y rifampicina, los cuales han demostrado tener buena eficacia, junto con corticoides Nuestro caso: DOXICILINA + RIFAMPICINA + CORTICOIDES
