San Borja was considered fourth phase of the APEC Low Carbon Model Town project ( LCMT) in In a Feasibility Study was carried out The District of san Borja is a mainly residencial town within Lima Province that is comprised of 43 municipalities. Lima is located within west –central Peru , sitting in a long narrow desert strip betwen the Pacific ocean and the Andes Mountains, the terrain is mostly flat. has a subtropical and desert weather, It rarely rains. Average annual temperatures ranges from 16-22°C, the temperature varies from 12-15°C in winter until 28-30°C in summer. Air conditioning / heater systems are no needed the main part of the year. 19 Feedback for LCT-I System ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES Easy to use if you have indicators. Some items do not apply to the reality of San Borja (e.g. reusing rainwater All items are equally weighted; this does not reflex the different moments and challenges of each city.
