13 CONCLUSIONES El sistema de anclaje debe ser seleccionado desde un punto de vista clínico basado en factores como la función, la comodidad y el mantenimiento de una adecuada higiene oral. No existe un consenso en la bibliografía revisada sobre las ventajas y desventajas que ofrecen los diferentes sistemas de anclaje en sobredentaduras sobre implantes. Se requieren más estudios que evalúen esta comparación entre los diferentes sistemas.
