3 The verb “decir” decir = to say / to tell decir que = to say that
irregularly conjugated in the present tense: (yo) digo (nosotros) decimos (tú) dices (él/ella/Ud.) dice (ellos/ellas/Uds.) dicen

4 Indirect Object Pronouns
pronoun - replaces a noun to avoid repetition indirect object - to whom or for whom an action is done indirect object pronoun - used to replace or accompany an indirect object noun. I give money to them. Les doy dinero.

5 Indirect Object Pronouns
Singular Plural me (to/for) me nos (to/for) us te (to/for) you os (to/for) you le (to/for) him, her, you les (to/for) them, you le and les ― make the meaning clear by adding a + name, noun, or pronoun. Por ejemplo: Ella le compra una botella de agua al niño. Yo les doy regalos a mis padres.

6 IOPs go right before the verb or attached to the infinitive (just like direct object pronouns)
Yo les tengo que comprar un regalo a mis padres. Yo tengo que comprarles un regalo a mis padres.
