2 An adverb is a word that complements a verb , an adjective , other adverbs and even sentences . Adverbs generally express manner, place , time, quantity , affirmation , doubt, etc. , answering questions such as when ?, where ?, how ?, among others

3 Adverbs that serve the function of epistemic :
Classes adverbs Traditionally adverbs are divided into the following categories: Adverbs location , time and space , mode and quantity. Adverbs that serve the function of epistemic : Adverbs of affirmation Adverbs of negation Adverbs of order Adverbs of doubt or doubters interrogative / exclamatory and relative adverbs other adverbs characteristics In the Spanish morphology usually unchanged or certain morphemes. Usually adds circumstantial information to the verb , and some even a whole sentence , either time, so , of place, of doubt, of affirmation or denial. The word which declare that something is true or some equivalent expression or negative statement, judgment, or doctrine; especially : a logical proposition is called Adverbs of affirmation and negation. They are : no longer, hardly, very, never, surely, certainly, definitely etc. epistemic adverbs The " adverbs " appear to have different restrictions epistemic adverbs location , manner and quantity. In fact many of them appear syntactically require different syntactic positions of a verbal attachment. Uses of adverb of affirmation and negation Examples: He no longer takes interest in his work. The brothers hardly ever meet each other. He is not very active. I have never seen him. He will surely give you money. The soldier should certainly get an award for bravery.
