2 Madrid 26 Mayo 2010 Objectives of the partnership and relevance to the objectives of the project The principal aim of this association is the creation of a structure for the permanent cooperation between the Department of Education of Castilla y Leon and Sefton Childrens Services Authority; a Framework Agreement for Cooperation This agreement will support the necessary actions to facilitate the learning of English and Spanish as Foreign Languages in the schools of both regions.

12 Madrid 26 Mayo 2010 De los objetivos recogidos en el proyecto se han conseguido: -Creación de la comisión bilateral, toma de decisiones en la marcha del proyecto. -Dos reuniones de proyecto: primera reunión del proyecto Kick Off Conference celebrada en Valladolid 13-17 octubre 2009.Segunda reunión en Liverpool 6-10 marzo 2010. -Formalización del grupo participante en el job shadowing, sub objetivo 3.

13 Madrid 26 Mayo 2010 CN4CLIL: FACTS AND FIGURES JOB SHADOWING -En el grupo de trabajo virtual JOB SHADOWING en la plataforma CFPI aula virtual están registradas 62 personas como usuarios, coordinadores, tutores e invitados.CFPI aula virtual -Además del trabajo en este grupo, se planifican dos intercambios o periodos de job shadowing: el primero se debía haber realizado del 18 al 24 de abril. Un total de 18 movilidades para profesores de ambos países y cuatro coordinadores.

14 Madrid 26 Mayo 2010 -En el grupo de trabajo virtual COMENIUS REGIO hay un total de 21 usuarios. Comenius Regio aula virtualComenius Regio aula virtual -En el programa TWO–WEEK PRIMARY TEACHER COURSE, del cual hubo dos ediciones, una en octubre de 2006 y otra en febrero de 2010, se implicó un total de 40 profesores repartidos en cuatro centros de la ciudad de Valladolid y 16 profesores visitantes, de Merseyside. Este programa es un producto surgido de la primera reunión del proyecto, no contemplado en el mismo. Estas cifras representan el alcance y compromiso de los centros y profesorado implicado directamente en estos programas.

15 Madrid 26 Mayo 2010 Problemas surgidos en el desarrollo del proyecto: -Debido al cierre de espacio aéreo y aeropuertos por nube volcánica, el job shadowing previsto para el 18-23 de abril de 2010 fue suspendido, reorganizando las fechas de nuevo en dos visitas: la primera 22- 29 mayo y segunda 6-12 junio de 2010. -En el caso del grupo de profesores españoles a Merseyside, y por la misma causa, se suspendió la visita del 16-22 mayo, estando pendiente fijar nueva fecha.

16 Madrid 26 Mayo 2010 Two-week Primary Teacher Course -Otro programa derivado del proyecto. Consiste en una visita de estudio-observación, para los profesores ingleses. -Asisten a clases de español en el centro de idiomas de la Universidad de Valladolid y hacen prácticas en colegios de la capital. -Duración: 2 semanas -Dos ediciones: octubre 2009 y febrero 2010.Total profesorado implicado: total de 40 profesores

17 Madrid 26 Mayo 2010 DIFICULTADES ENCONTRADAS: -Imprevistos: ash cloud. *Ocasionó reorganización de calendario varias veces. *Generó gastos difíciles de justificar: cancelaciones, gastos hechos sin actividad realizada, entre otros. -Diferentes calendarios escolares, horarios. -Dificultades de comunicación: fallo de canales. -Burocracia diferente: ejemplo el Criminal record

18 Madrid 26 Mayo 2010 PROSPECTIVAS DE FUTURO 2010/2011 - Continuar con el producto Two-Week primary teacher course. Siguiente edición prevista para octubre de 2010. -Comenzar con intercambios (visitas de estudiantes) de Sefton a centros de Castilla y León, tanto de primaria como de secundaria. -Posibilidad de ampliar los intercambios a directores de centros. -Módulo de formación sobre CLIL, en plataforma VLE y para ambos países.
