When you use reflexive verbs, the subject does the actions as well receives it. Example of a Reflexive action. I brush my hair. This mean I am brushing my hair myself. It is an action I am doing myself. I brush my sisters hair. Not reflexive because I am not receiving the action my sister is.
Juan brushes his teeth. He is brushing his own teeth, so it is a reflexive action
Lety is brushes Ana’s hair. She is not brushing her own hair. She is brushing Ana’s hair. Makes it a non reflexive action
Hint All reflexive verbs in Spanish have “se” attached to it. This helps identify if it is a reflexive verb or not. Examples: Afeitarse- to shave oneself Ducharse- to shower oneself Cepillarse- to brush oneself

Conjugating the Reflexive Verb To conjugate you place the reflexive pronoun in front of the conjugated verb. Example: Llamarse ME LLAMONOS LLAMAMOS TE LLAMAS SE LLAMASE LLAMAN
