Adjective Agreement  Adjectives agree in number and gender with the nouns they describe. This means that if your noun is plural, the adjective has to be plural as well.  Masculine nouns usually end in -o.  Feminine nouns usually end in -a.  Una estatua moderna  Unas estatuas modernas  Un cuadro moderno  Unos cuadros modernos

Es un chico inteligente. Adjective Agreement Es una chica inteligente. Son unos chicos inteligentes. Son unas chicas inteligentes. Adjectives that end in e can be either feminine or masculine.

Es un chico trabajador. Adjective Agreement Es una chica trabajadora. Son unos chicos trabajadores. Son unas chicas trabajadoras. To form the feminine form of adjectives that end in -or, add -a to the end of the adjective.

Comparison formula Comparisons that are regular have the same pattern: más/menos + adjective + que  más = more  Menos = less  que = than [notice… no accent!]  El cuadro de Picasso me parece más/menos interesante que el de Velázquez. Tan + adjective +como  Tan= as  Como= much as  El cuadro de Picasso es tan bonito como el cuaro de Velázquez.
