GUSTAR… Y ENCANTAR.

¿Cuál es la diferencia? Me gusta la piña. Me gustan las fresas.

Me gustan los panqueques. ¿Cómo se dice…? I like Me gusta el yogur. I like Me gustan los panqueques.

Me encantan las galletas. ¿Cómo se dice…? Me encanta el tocino. I love Me encantan las galletas. I love

Las reglas: If you like/love something singular, use me gusta/me encanta. If you like/love something plural, use me gustan/me encantan. The reason is because Me gusta doesn’t really mean I like…it means something is pleasing to me. Gustar/encantar needs to agree with the thing being liked, not the person doing the liking.

Tengo hambre. Tengo sed.
