¿Por qué son malas las gaseosas para usted? English: Pueden causar aumento de peso excesivo. Pueden causar enfermedades del corazón. Pueden pudrirse sus dientes. They can cause excessive weight gain. They can cause heart disease. They can rot your teeth.

¿Cuáles son los refrescos? Los ingredientes de la soda, básicamente, consiste en agua, edulcorantes, un ácido y un poco de sabor. Los ingredientes adicionales incluyen fruta o zumo de frutas, dióxido de carbono, conservantes y color. English: The ingredients in soda basically consists of water, sweeteners, an acid and some flavor. The extra or optional ingredients include fruit or fruit juice, carbon dioxide, preservatives and color.
