Tomorrow, you will take a quiz on –er and –ir verbs in the preterite tense.

You have already taken a quiz (and mostly excelled!) on –ar verbs in the preterite. While the quiz tomorrow primarily focuses on –er/-ir verbs, I still expect you to remember –ar verbs, and they will be included on the quiz.

So, let’s review –ar verbs in the preterite form, shall we?

1. Fill the verb chart in with the –ar preterite endings:

Remember, some –ar verbs require a spelling change in the yo conjugation
