Objective lunes el 9/martes el 10 de septiembre Content Language Students will be able to ask the name and age of other students in the class. Please get into groups of four, come up with the essential question for the day and select someone from your group to write it on the board. Students will converse with others in a conversation where they will have to find out the name, origin and age of the person.

Please count up the number of stamps you have and mulitiply that number by 20. Write your total in the first square on the line that you had created. When you are ready, please turn your ALC paper in to the desks with the colored papers that correspond to your number. Help out by putting them in order. Lowest number on top.

Take two minutes with your group and discuss a possible solution to: The ALC is taking too long and there are many that get done quickly and have to wait. This is not fair to them and they get bored. The ALC answers the essential question from the previous day and is a review and a check of understanding and memory. What can be done to spend less time waiting for others to get a stamp and to prevent people from waiting for the answer to be put on the board? Should students write the essential question in groups or individually? Please write your group’s solutions on the board.

Jigsaw – each person take a question to answer. Then give the answer to the rest of the group when you get it. If you have already done this, would you please be a TA and circulate and help others find the answers?

Hand back papers. You may use your papers to study for the test. The test will be over all that you have learned as far as proceedures, You will have to read, write, speak and listen as part of your test. It is what we have been doing in class for the past seven days.

Test review Write the answer on the back of the paper. When you have the answer written, raise your hand with the pencil in it. The first group with all hands up will be checked to see if the answers are correct. Correct answers for the group = an extra point.
