The verb is singular or plural based on the noun that comes after it.
Los usos Se usa “la Voz Pasiva” para usar un verbo sin decir quién lo hizo. (You use the “passive voice” in order to use a verb without saying who does the action.) Más ejemplos Shoes are sold in a shoe store. Se venden zapatos en una zapatería. Last year shoes were sold in that (esa) shoe store. El año pasado se vendieron zapatos en esa zapatería. When I was a child, they used to sell shoes at that store. Cuando era niño/a, se vendían zapatos en esa zapatería.
