Salir de means to leave a place. Salgo de la casa a las siete. I leave home at seven o’clock. Salir para means to leave for. Salimos para Europa mañana. We’re leaving for Europe tomorrow.
Salir con means to go out (both with friends and romantically). Salgo con unos amigos esta noche. I’m going out with some friends tonight. Ana sale con Miguel. Ana is going out with (dating) Miguel.
