Adjectives: Describe people, places and things In Spanish, most adjectives have a masculine and feminine form. Masculine adjs.= masculine nouns Ej. Marcos es gracioso. Feminine adjs. =feminine nouns Ej. Marta es graciosa.

End in an –e or –l = masculine/feminine Ex. Juan es inteligente. Ana es inteligente Ex. El examen es fácil. La tarea es fácil. End in – dor= masculine End in –dora= feminine ** Adjectives that end in –ista describe both masculine and feminine nouns. -Él es deportista. -Ella es deportista.

Definite articles (the) El / Los is used with masculine nouns. La / Las is used with feminine nouns.
