I DO Like…. Me gusta mucho. I like it a lot. A mí también. Me too! Y también me gusta… I also like to… ¿Qué te gusta hacer? What do you like to do? ¿Te gusta…? Do you like to…? Sí. Yes! ¿Y a ti? And you? (What do you like?)

I DON’T Like…. No me gusta nada. I don’t like it at all. A mí tampoco. Me neither. ¿Qué te gusta más, _____ o ______? What do you like more? Pues, no me gusta ni _____ ni _______. Well, I don’t like neither _____ nor _____.

Ej. Me gusta más ver la tele. I Like…. Me gusta más… I like _____ more. Ej. Me gusta más ver la tele.

I Like…. GUSTAR: Me gusta el chocolate. For example, in Spanish, the “object liked” is the subject of the sentence and the verb agrees with it. The IOP tells who is doing the “liking.” Me gusta el chocolate. The chocolate is pleasing to me.

I Like…. 3rd person singular 3rd person plural These verbs only have 2 conjugations: 3rd person singular 3rd person plural gusta gustan encanta encantan

I Like…. Use singular form of the VERB if the OBJECT is singular, or if using a VERB (talking about an activity) Use plural form of the VERB if the OBJECT is plural Me gusta la pizza. Me gusta nadar. Me gustan los gatos.
