St. James the Apostle Catholic School 2018-2019 School Tuition and Fees   Registration fees are non-refundable Registration Fee: $200 per student Tuition Pre-Kinder 3 through 8th grade  *11 month payment plan (July – May) 10 month payment plan (July– April) 1 Child $4,100 per year  $373 per month $410 per month 2 Children $6,515 per year  $593 per month $652 per month 3 Children $9,225 per year  $839 per month $923 per month 4 Children $10,765 per year  $980 per month $1,076 per month * In order to participate in the 11 month payment plan option, families MUST have all Registration documents and Tuition forms completed and turned in to the school office by June 1, 2018 All families must enroll in the FACTS TUITION MANAGEMENT program which allows for the automatic withdrawal of school tuition ,fundraising and other fees. Additional fees and available discounts: Athletic (5th – 8th grade) Graduation Discounts Fee applies to those students who elect to participate in any school sport, including cheerleading or pep squad. $50 per student for FIRST Sport $35 per student for each additional sport 10% - Full Tuition payment (If paid by August 1, includes payment of Reg. fee) 5% - Military Discount (proof of Active Military Status required) 5% - Archdiocesan Employee (proof of legal custody or child support required) 8th Grade only $100 per student Tuition Assistance Opportunities HOPE FOR THE FUTURE : All families are encouraged to submit an application through this program. Required Fundraising (per family) Fall Fundraiser $250.00 Spring Fundraiser $250.00   Service Hours (per family) Each family is required to perform 25 hours of service to the school community. This service may be performed at a variety of functions throughout the school year. Hours must be completed by the end of April. Non completed hours will be billed via at a rate of $25 per hour

Cargos Adicionales y Descuentos: Deportes (grados 5-8) Graduación Descuentos Estudiantes en grados 5-8 que estén interesados en participar en un deporte escolar se les cobrara una cuota de $50 por el primer deporte, y $35 por cualquier deporte adicional. Esta cuota no es parte de CYO 10% - Pago de matricula completa (La inscripción y matricula pagada para Agosto 1- 5% -Familias Militares (se requiere comprobante) 5% - Empleado de el Archidiócesis Octavo (8) grado $100 por estudiante Ayuda Financiera HOPE FOR THE FUTURE Familias con estudiantes en grados Kínder al 12 pueden aplicar.
