THE PROJECT In Mexican cities car travel is preferred by many over unpredictable transit systems. This is due the fact that low carbon mobility options are less than optimal; important government decisions on transport planning and design are usually not well informed by analysis of up- to-date data, and thus fail to provide integrated, reliable urban transport systems.
