Object Pronoun Placement In affirmative sentences, with one conjugated verb: Adela practica el tenis.  Adela lo practica. In negative sentences, with one conjugated verb: Adela no practica el tenis.  Adela no lo practica.

Object Pronoun Placement With a verb infinitive: Adela lo va a practicar. Adela va a practicarlo. With the present progressive (a.k.a. the gerund, or “-ing” construction in English) Adela lo está practicando. Adela está practicándolo.

¡A practicar! Modelo: Voy a hacer mi maleta. Voy a hacerla. La voy a hacer.

Mirar (watch, look at) Escuchar (listen to) Cuidar (care for, take care of) Note with all of these verbs that the “for” or “to” is included in the meaning of the verb.
