“Blending” contexto Blending, in the context of this Call, is the use of CEF grants in projects utilising private finance, or with finance from NPBs/EIB. The European Fund for Strategic Investments (EFSI) should be used whenever possible in order to maximise the leverage of private sector involvement. 1000 M€ para subvenciones que movilicen inversión privada. Condiciones Proyectos de interés común  art. 7 Reglamento (UE) 1315/2013. Valor añadido europeo, que están incluidos en la Red Transeuropea. Inversión mínima: 10 M€ CBA/funding gap . Necesidad de la subvención. Assessment of financial readiness (carta de apoyo de entidad financiera) evaluación de la madurez. Periodo de ejecución hasta 2023 Movilización de financiación adicional: EFSI, BEI, ICO u otros NPB Proyectos de impacto trasfronterizo o cuellos de botella  otras instituciones financieras.

Calendario Primer cierre de convocatoria 14 de julio 2017 Segundo cierre de convocatoria 30 de noviembre de 2017 Conformidad Ministerio de Fomento: 3 semanas antes de los cierres.
