REFERENCIAS CONCLUSIONES La Colecistectomía temprana (< 72h al ingreso) en el manejo de los pacientes con Pancreatitis Biliar Leve (PBL) ha provocado una reducción significativa en la estancia hospitalaria La cirugía fue realizada sin la necesidad de la normalización de los exámenes de laboratorio. No hubo la necesidad de estudios complementarios en este grupo de pacientes (CPRE, ColangioRMN y ECOendoscopia) No se encontraron significativas complicaciones intraoperatorias y postoperatorias, además de no presentar recidiva y mortalidad asociada.
