The conjugations of verbs in Spanish CONJUGATIONVERBS THAT END IN: 1ST-AR 2ND-ER 3RD-IR A CONJUGATION is a GROUP OF VERBS that change in a similar way. Conjugations in Spanish are grouped by the ending of the verb in its plain form called THE INFINITIVE.

1 ST CONJUGATION (-AR): pensar, estudiar, buscar, llamar… 2 ND CONJUGATION (-ER): tener, querer, conocer.. 3 RD CONJUGATION (-IR): recibir, escribir, salir… EXAMPLES OF VERBS FROM EACH CONJUGATION GROUP

To CONJUGATE a verb means to change it to express : 1.The person who is doing the action 2.When the action is done
