STEM Think of a flower. The stem is the stem of the verb. The bloom is the ending of the verb -> which changes depending on how the verb is conjugated.

Define conjugate: Drop the infinitive ending and add the ending dictated by the subject pronoun. How do you do this? To conjugate you must change the ending of the verb according the subject. (sometimes there are spelling changes) We will learn the step by step process pronto!
