3 RENAISSANCE es un proyecto del programa CONCERTO co-financiado por la Comisión Europea dentro del Sexto Programa Marco RENAISSANCE ZARAGOZA SPAIN VALDESPARTERA ACTIVITIES DONE IN YEAR 3 The owners of plots 12 and 17 have participated in information talks during 3 days where the Municipal Society Saragossa Housing with the University of Saragossa gave information about the project and characteristics of there own bioclimatic buildings. Also, the owners where provided with some documents that explained the correct use of there own houses and a simple questionnaire about energy consume habits that will be analysed. The solar thermical panels of plot 12 and 17th of Valdespartera are installed. WP 3

4 RENAISSANCE es un proyecto del programa CONCERTO co-financiado por la Comisión Europea dentro del Sexto Programa Marco RENAISSANCE ZARAGOZA SPAIN NEXT ACTIVITIES: PLOTS 12,17 - The keys of the flats of plot 12 will be given in the month of December. - The keys of the flats of plot 17 will be given in the month of January. PLOT 18 - In January 2009 another information talk will be done with the owners of the flats of plot 18 - The keys of the flats of plot 18 will be given during spring 09. PLOT 13 - Due to the initial delay with this plot, the information talk will be done at the end of 2009 so the keys to the owners will be given in January 2010. - Solar thermical panels will be installed on plots 17 and 13. NEXT ACTIVITIES: - The licences of the houses in General Yagüe are almost obtained - Solar thermical panels will be installed in the refurbishment of Picarral´s houses. C/ General Yague

(End May ´09) -In October, Ecociudad Valdespartera finished the process for contracting the enterprise that provides the contents of the Museum. (Cost: 537.518,74 € ) WP 3
