1 Mira las carátulas. A primera vista… After taking suggestions in response to the first question, give students a further 3 minutes to discuss their thoughts on these 4 questions. The student guide has further language to help them. Students match the pictures to the description of the 1969 event on the next slide. In their student guides they have both on one page.

A mí me gustaría ser ….. y ahora voy a clases de…… Pues yo quiero ser ... Hago A central theme is what Valentín aspires to achieving, namely becoming an astronaut and having a real family. This activity just asks students to reflect on their own aspirations currently, to enhance their sense of empathy with the central character in the film. Often the jobs in textbooks are the most traditional professions. Here I’ve tried to give a few different jobs that are associated with film-making and media for them to give their opinions on.
