We pray for those in El Salvador, whose daily needs have gone unmet. We think of people suffering in the aftermath of natural disasters, of the poor in El Salvador and around the globe, of those who do not have a place to lay their heads. All those who suffer are especially present with us today. We lift them up to you, and we pray in thanksgiving for all those who work tirelessly to ease their suffering. Amen.
