22 Funny little rules… Spanish has masculine and feminine words. Masculine words usually end in “o”. Feminine words usually end in “a”. We change the adjective to match the noun: Mi gato es anaranjado. Mi camisa es anaranjada. Mis camisas son anaranjadas.
