10 Noun- Adjective Agreement Adjectives that end in –e (for example, inteligente) match BOTH genders.  Example: El maestro inteligente La maestra inteligente

11 Noun-Adjective Agreement Many adjectives that end in a consonant match both genders. Exampleel amigo joven la amiga joven Some adjectives that end in a consonant add –a to form the feminine singular. These exceptions have to be memorized! Exampleel chico trabajador la chica trabajadora

12 Forming Plural Adjectives To make an adjective plural, add -s if it ends in a vowel; add -es if it ends in a consonant  Examples  Las chicas trabajadoras  Los chicos trabajadores So… alta, alto, altas, and altos ALL mean tall… just depends on gender of noun
