Pensar means to plan only when followed by an infinitive. Pensar-Pienso Pensar (ie) To think; to plan Yopiensonosotros pensamos Tú piensas vosotros pensáis Él/ella/ud.piensaellos/as uds. Piensan Remember it this is a Shoe/Boot Verb. That means it only changes in the boot!! IT NEVER STEM CHANGES IN THE NOSOTROS OR VOSOTROS FORMS
