3 How to Conjugate these Verbs 1.Conjugate the verb according to the subject 2.Add the appropriate indirect object pronoun before the conjugated verb in order to clarify to whom the action is being done. SpanishEnglish A mi me duele la cabezaMy head hurts. A ti te duele la cabezaYour head hurts. A ella le duele la cabezaHer head hurts. A nosotros nos duel en las cabezas Our heads hurt. A ellos les duel en las cabezas Their heads hurt. **Note that doler is conjugated according to the subject, either “cabeza” or “cabezas.” Also the IO pronoun corresponds to the person receiving the action.

4 Examples  ¿ Cuantos billetes te quedan?  Quedar conjugated according to subject (billetes) and indirect object pronoun chosen according to the person receiving the action (te)  Los museos me fascinan.  Fascinar conjugated according to subject (museums) and indirect object pronoun chosen according to the person receiving the action (me).  La clase de ingles nos aburre porque siempre aprendemos las mismas cosas.  Aburrir conjugated according to subject (clase) and indirect object pronoun chosen according to the person receiving the action (nos).  Cada día el hermano de José les molesta mientras ellos hacen su tarea.  Molestar conjugated according to subject (hermano) and indirect object pronoun chosen according to the person receiving the action (les/ellos).
