4 AMALGAMACION POSTDILUVIANA
Every species of animal which God had created were preserved in the ark. The confused species which God did not create, which were the result of amalgamation, were destroyed by the flood. Since the flood there has been amalgamation of man and beast, as may be seen in the almost endless varieties of species of animals, and in certain races of men. 3SG Cada especie de animal que Dios había creado fueron preservadas en el arca. 5 GRANDES ANIMALES DESTRUIDOS POR EL DILUVIO
4SG After the flood the people ate largely of animal food. God saw that the ways of man were corrupt, and that he was disposed to exalt himself proudly against his Creator, and to follow the inclinations of his own heart. And he permitted that long-lived race to eat animal food to shorten their sinful lives. Soon after the flood the race began to rapidly decrease in size, and in length of years. There were a class of very large animals which perished at the flood. God knew that the strength of man would decrease, and these mammoth animals could not be controlled by feeble man. Después de el diluvio las personas comieron grandes cantidades de comida animal. Dios vio que los caminos del hombre eran corruptos, y que su tendencia era exaltarse orgullosamente contra su Creador, y seguir las inclinaciones de su propio corazón. El permitió que la raza longeva comiera la comida animal para acortar sus vidas pecaminosas. Poco después el diluvio la raza empezó a disminuir rápidamente en tamaño, y en sus años de vida. En ese entonces habia una cierta clase de animales muy grandes que perecieron en el diluvio. Dios supo que la fuerza de hombre disminuiría, y que estos animales gigantescos no podrían ser controlados cuando el hombre se debilitara.

6 FOSILES PREDILUVIANOS
Bones of men and animals are found in the earth, in mountains and in valleys, showing that much larger men and beasts once lived upon the earth. I was shown that very large, powerful animals existed before the flood, which do not now exist. Instruments of warfare are sometimes found; also petrified wood. Because the bones of human beings and of animals found in the earth are much larger than those of men and animals now living, or that have existed for many generations past, some conclude that the world is older than we have any scriptural record of, and was populated long before the record of creation, by a race of beings vastly superior in size to men now upon the earth.
